Grass-leaved goldenrod (Euthamia graminifolia) is a native perennial with edible and medicinal uses.
The plant can be identified by its narrow, grass-like leaves and small yellow flowers.
Leaves and flowers can be used fresh or dried to make a tea. Drinking the tea has been used to treat infections and chest pains.
